Customer memory

Customer memory helps the business recognize a returning buyer, understand purchase history, prepare loyalty, and notice a respectful return moment.

Purchase, preference, loyalty, and return context held in one customer memory.

Review a customer

  1. Open Customers in the current selling context.
  2. Search by the contact detail or purchase context the business legitimately uses.
  3. Open the customer to review purchases, value, loyalty, and available groups.
  4. Add a customer to a useful group only when the grouping serves a real business purpose.
  5. Use the available action to contact, reward, or support the customer.

Useful groups

Groups can organize customers around a real need, such as:

  • repeat buyers
  • warranty follow-up
  • wholesale interest
  • a service area
  • loyalty eligibility
  • a product category the customer chose

Do not infer sensitive traits or create groups the customer would reasonably find intrusive.

Customer contact details

Names, email addresses, and phone numbers appear only when they were captured through a supported customer, checkout, or merchant workflow. If a value is missing, correct the source workflow instead of inventing the detail.

Privacy checks

  • Limit access to staff who need customer context.
  • Export only the records needed for the task.
  • Do not post customer details in Discovery.
  • Honor applicable consent and deletion requirements.
  • Keep messages relevant to the relationship the customer already has with the business.
