Responsibility model
eshopOS provides commerce software, dashboards, APIs, storefront tools, integrations, and operational infrastructure. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, merchants remain responsible for:
- The products and services they sell.
- Product listings, pricing, customer communications, taxes, and required licenses.
- Customer-sale refunds, chargebacks, fulfillment, delivery issues, and consumer-law obligations.
- Compliance with connected payment, logistics, marketplace, messaging, and infrastructure provider rules.
