Trust and infrastructure

Responsibility model

eshopOS provides commerce software, dashboards, APIs, storefront tools, integrations, and operational infrastructure. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, merchants remain responsible for:

  • The products and services they sell.
  • Product listings, pricing, customer communications, taxes, and required licenses.
  • Customer-sale refunds, chargebacks, fulfillment, delivery issues, and consumer-law obligations.
  • Compliance with connected payment, logistics, marketplace, messaging, and infrastructure provider rules.

Contact

For support, legal notices, privacy requests, or abuse reports, contact:

  • Email: support@ossarian.com
  • Include the account email, store identifier, transaction reference, or other details needed to identify the request.

If an enterprise order form or jurisdiction-specific addendum states a different notice process, that document controls for the covered service.
